Extremely dark red-black cherry incolour, with a violet rim. The nose shows the attractive wildfruits and forest floor notes ofGrenacheand the dark fruits, mineral andbalsamic notes of the local star grape, Tinta de Toro. This agreeable blend has benefited fromthe subtle effects of high quality oak,gaining notes of vanilla, chocolate anddark roast coffee and adding length andan agreeable roundness to the palate.

Serving: 16-18º.

Ideal accompaniment to roasts, red meats and big game.
